Opportunity built around work ethic, dignity, and the skilled trades.
The Pipeline Life Foundation strengthens the pipeline and skilled-trades workforce by helping new workers enter the trades, supporting training and scholarships, and assisting workers and families facing serious hardship.
We are not built around the idea that pipeline workers need charity. We are built around opportunity—removing legitimate barriers, investing in people willing to work, and helping experienced hands pass their knowledge to the next generation.
Programs built for the people behind the work.
Our programs focus on practical support, workforce strength, and opportunity across pipeline and related skilled trades.

From a real need to a real opportunity.

A worker applies or is nominated with information about the job, training opportunity, and specific barrier.
The Request Is Reviewed
The Foundation evaluates eligibility, verifies the need, and considers available funding and program guidelines.
Approved Support Is Provided
When possible, the Foundation purchases approved items or pays the appropriate vendor, school, or provider directly.
The industry showing up for its own.
The Pipeliners Tour brings crews, contractors, suppliers, families, and pipeline communities together through real conversations, live demonstrations, skills challenges, and regional events.

Fund something specific. Build something that lasts.
Companies can support a measurable workforce need rather than making a general contribution without a clear outcome.
Partnerships may support first-year workers, named scholarships, tools, PPE, boots, training, travel, workforce development, employee giving, or multi-year programs.
