Send a Hand to the ROW
Helping good hands get the gear, training, and opportunity they need to build a career in the skilled trades.
A program of The Pipeline Life Foundation, an officially recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.
Work ethic gets them ready. Opportunity gets them started.
Starting a career on the ROW takes more than the willingness to work. New workers may also need boots, PPE, tools, training, transportation, or temporary lodging before their first paycheck arrives.
Send a Hand to the ROW connects community support with real workforce needs. The goal is simple: help qualified workers overcome legitimate startup barriers and build careers based on skill, reliability, and hard work.

Nominations are reviewed individually. A nomination does not guarantee eligibility, approval, or funding.
